We updated our Privacy Policy (version 3.4, effective September 25, 2026). Here is what changed, in plain words. **1. A short product-update email, about once a month.** We may email you a short note about what changed in the app. Every one of those emails has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the product-update emails only. It never affects the emails about your account, your security, your jobs, or your money. **2. Where that email comes from.** The product-update email is sent through Resend, the same email service we already use, from a separate sending domain. The policy's list of service providers (Section 9) now says so. Nothing else changed. Nothing changes about your account, your data, or your money. Continuing to use TheGuys after the effective date means the updated policy applies to you. You can read the full policy any time on the Legal page at theguys.app.
