What changed

Bosses can now send an estimate to a customer through TheGuys App, the same way a client invoice is sent: by email, with a link to a private page where the customer can read it, print or save it, and accept or decline it. This update to the Privacy Policy adds estimates beside invoices wherever the policy talks about customers (the people the policy calls "Clients"). Section 23 now covers the estimate page as well as the invoice payment page: what we record when a customer first interacts with an estimate page (the date and time; a bare open is not counted), what we record when a customer accepts or declines (the name they type, the time, and a fingerprint of the exact estimate they accepted), and the emails we send about an estimate. A new Section 23.10 explains, in plain words, that an estimate is the Boss's own estimate, that it is not an invoice and asks for no payment, and that accepting it on the page is a message to the Boss, not an agreement with TheGuys App. Nothing changes about how we handle your own account data. No fee, payment term, or arbitration term changes.
