- Privacy Policy — version 3.1 → 3.2
We have updated our Privacy Policy. What changed: the Policy now says out loud that a customer's PHONE NUMBER is one of the details a Dispatcher can save about their customer, alongside the name, email address and billing address it already listed. Sections 4 and 23.2 name it. Why: you can now type your customer's phone number and billing address on the job itself, instead of only on the invoice. The Policy has to list every kind of information we hold, so it now lists the phone number too. What it does NOT change: nothing about how we use it. A customer's phone number is there for YOU. TheGuys App does not call your customers, does not text them, and does not auto-dial them — Section 23.2 now says that in as many words. Nothing about your own information changed, no fees changed, and nothing about how disputes are handled changed. You do not need to do anything. Carrying on using TheGuys App after the effective date is your agreement to the updated Policy. You can read the whole thing at any time at https://www.theguys.app/legal/privacy-policy.
